Hayley Xerri, HR Manager for ISOLAS LLP and Fiduciary Group, has recently been shortlisted for her entry in the Michael Kelly outstanding student award – advanced level category. Hayley is one of only three people to be shortlisted, and the only one from Gibraltar.
The CIPD People Management Awards recognises and celebrates the outstanding achievements and contributions made by HR and L&D professionals that are helping to transform businesses. The Michael Kelly award in particular is highly competitive, recognising an exceptional student who’s applied what they have learned from their studies to bring about real benefits to their organisation and its people.
Hayley used the knowledge and skills acquired whilst undertaking her Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management with the CIPD in both her application, and in everyday role as HR Manager.
During what has been a particularly difficult year, Hayley has navigated her role with a professionalism and warmth that has led to this worthy shortlisting. ISOLAS LLP and Fiduciary Group would like to extend their sincere thanks for all her hard work, and congratulations on such an achievement.
