Kyle graduated from the University of Reading with a First-Class Degree in History and Politics in 2020. He then attended Cardiff University where he undertook the Graduate Diploma in Law and subsequently completed the Legal Practice Course with an additional masters in Professional Legal Practice.
During his time at university Kyle was selected to represent Gibraltar at the Commonwealth Youth Parliament, as well as publishing an article in the Cardiff University Law Review Journal.
Kyle was approved, admitted and enrolled as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Gibraltar in February 2024 and forms part of the litigation department working alongside and assisting Partner the Honourable Neil F Costa.
Kyle is developing his practice within the areas of commercial and civil litigation, assisting Partner the Honourable the Neil F Costa in various matters ranging from personal injury claims to breach of contract matters.
Kyle has gained valuable experience in criminal law as he has assisted Partner the Honourable Neil F Costa prepare for appearances before the Magistrates’ Court, the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeal for Gibraltar.
Kyle assists Partner the Honourable Neil F Costa with his employment practice. As a result, Kyle has been involved in an array of employment matters, including employment contracts, employment disputes and employee conduct.
Kyle has gained experience assisting on a range of non-contentious matters, including drafting lasting powers of attorney and reviewing commercial contracts.
