ISOLAS Partner, The Hon Albert Isola MP, has been invited to join the Advisory Board of the newly launched Crypto AM Council which has been set up to support the digital asset industry in the United Kingdom. Crypto AM was launched by James Bowater some five years ago to showcase cutting-edge technologies like AI, blockchain, crypto, DeFi, distributed ledger technology, and tokenization to the traditional finance readership of City A.M. James has been a regular visitor to Gibraltar and a supporter of Gibraltar’s DLT legal and regulatory framework. The introduction of Crypto AM Magazine in June 2022 received acclaim globally.
Albert commented “I am delighted to have been invited to join the Advisory Board of the Council along side such distinguished colleagues in the world of digital assets. I had the honour of leading in 2017 the development of Gibraltar’s groundbreaking Distributed Ledger Technology framework, and have continued to support its development since that time. Technology in finance is here to stay and the use of digital assets will continue to become more mainstream in its application. Early-stage technologies benefit greatly from awareness and discussion to foster wider adoption. This appointment provides an excellent platform to continue this work in support of the Industry.
