ISOLAS LLP – one of Gibraltar’s most established and forward-thinking law firms – is recruiting an organised and proactive Secretary / Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to Partners within the firm.

The ideal candidate will be an organised professional with excellent judgement and strong administrative and communication skills. They must be able to demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced legal environment; while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion.

Previous experience as a PA or Secretary as well as experience in company management or company secretarial work is an advantage.
