Risk and Compliance Assistant

ISOLAS LLP and the Fiduciary Group are recruiting a Risk and Compliance Assistant to join the R&C Team. This is a fantastic role to progress a career in Risk & Compliance within a successful and well-established Group.

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for onboarding, including KYC and Due Diligence checks
· Assist with AML/KYC monitoring
· Perform periodic reviews/screening of our existing customer base
· Proactively assist with team projects
· Support the Risk and Compliance Team in fulfilling regulatory responsibilities
· Provide administrative assistance in compliance with AML/KYC standards and policies

Experience:

· Strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft 365
· Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently
· Experience within a financial services or similar regulated environment or alternatively a bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject e.g. Finance/Business

Not essential, but advantageous:

· Experience/knowledge of Gibraltar AML regulations
· KYC/Due Diligence Experience
· Compliance or similar qualifications with ICA or other recognised body
