Overview

Danielle is a dual-qualified Barrister (Ireland and Gibraltar) with significant experience in litigation, human rights, and public law. She has built a strong foundation in constitutional and administrative law, gaining practical experience in judicial review and strategic public interest litigation within the Irish not-for-profit legal sector.

Prior to joining ISOLAS, Danielle trained and practiced as an Associate at Ramparts. There, she managed complex multi-track litigation and provided advice across Irish, Gibraltar, and EU law, particularly in fields such as iGaming and Data Protection.

Danielle currently assists Partner The Hon Neil F Costa in human rights, public law (specifically constitutional and administrative cases), and employment law. She combines this legal practice with significant leadership experience, having served as Secretary-General for the National Model United Nations 2025.
