Payroll / HR Officer
ISOLAS LLP and Fiduciary Group are looking for an organised and detail-orientated Payroll / HR Officer to manage payroll processing and provide support across the HR function.
π Reports To: COO
π‘ The Role
You will:
βοΈ Deliver accurate payroll
βοΈ Contribute to HR operations
βοΈ Work closely with the COO to ensure smooth employee-related processes
π οΈ Key Responsibilities
π§Ύ Prepare & process monthly payroll (internal staff + client portfolio)
βοΈ Ensure compliance with tax, pensions, deductions & benefits
π€ Handle payroll queries confidentially and professionally
π Maintain accurate payroll records & support audits
π Prepare end-of-year statutory filings (Forms P8, P10/10A, P12, ETB Survey)
π₯ Support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment & employee lifecycle
π Assist with contracts, letters, salary reviews & bonus schemes
ποΈ Provide administrative & operational support to the COO
What Weβre Looking For
π» Proficiency in EasyPay payroll software
π Strong Excel & MS Office skills
π HR administration experience
π Detail-driven with problem-solving ability
π Organised, adaptable & deadline-focused
π Confidential approach with high integrity
π Experience with Viewpoint system (a plus)
