ISOLAS LLP and Fiduciary Group are looking for an organised and detail-orientated Payroll / HR Officer to manage payroll processing and provide support across the HR function.

You will:
βœ”οΈ Deliver accurate payroll
βœ”οΈ Contribute to HR operations
βœ”οΈ Work closely with the COO to ensure smooth employee-related processes

πŸ› οΈ Key Responsibilities

🧾 Prepare & process monthly payroll (internal staff + client portfolio)
βš–οΈ Ensure compliance with tax, pensions, deductions & benefits
🀝 Handle payroll queries confidentially and professionally
πŸ“Š Maintain accurate payroll records & support audits
πŸ“ Prepare end-of-year statutory filings (Forms P8, P10/10A, P12, ETB Survey)
πŸ‘₯ Support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment & employee lifecycle
πŸ“„ Assist with contracts, letters, salary reviews & bonus schemes
πŸ—‚οΈ Provide administrative & operational support to the COO

What We’re Looking For

πŸ’» Proficiency in EasyPay payroll software
πŸ“Š Strong Excel & MS Office skills
πŸ“š HR administration experience
πŸ” Detail-driven with problem-solving ability
πŸ•’ Organised, adaptable & deadline-focused
πŸ” Confidential approach with high integrity
