On 11th November 2014 Gibraltar hosted its first Gibraltar HR Forum Conference 2014 called ‘Working Towards Workplace Resolution’ with a particular focus on conflicts in the workplace. UK speakers from CIPD and ACAS attended and interactive sessions were held to explore the main principals.
Employment partner at ISOLAS, Samantha Grimes, attended the event as a member of the expert panel taking questions from the audience on the issues raised during the course of the day.
Samantha’s primary focus is employment law, assisting mainly employer clients with both litigious and non-litigious employment matters. Samantha’s practice spans a wide variety of sectors, including banking and gaming. She has also assisted start-ups by way of input in the early stages of the establishment of a number of businesses, ensuring the development of appropriate employment policies and compliance with registration requirements.
