ISOLAS Partner Shortlisted In Global Future Leaders Awards

19/07/2019 Emma Lejeune

Emma Lejeune, a partner at ISOLAS LLP, has been shortlisted in Citywealth’s Future Leaders Awards for 2019 for Lawyer of the YearIFC, Partner.

The awards, in the fifth year, champion young professionals in the wealth sector and highlight the leaders under forty of today and tomorrow. The philosophy of the contest is to support future leaders who excel at work but who also make an important contribution to society.

Following a submission process, the awards are then judged by a panel of wealth management professionals in the private wealth management sector. An online public voting also opens once the shortlist is announced to garner support from peers.

The online voting, which closes on the 15th October, counts for ten percent of the vote and will be taken into consideration by the judges when they make their final decision. The judges vote counts for ninety percent of the final outcome. All winners will be announced on the night at the awards.

This comes shortly after Emma was included in the publication’s Top 100 Future Leaders.

The award ceremony will take place on Wednesday, 13 November and the JW Marriott Grosvenor House in Mayfair.

Emma has been developing a private client practice for over 12 years. Previously a partner at another offshore firm, Emma went on to establish her own boutique private client and family office practice, before joining the ISOLAS partnership.

On top of her large portfolio of private clients, Emma has undertaken significant studies, including a diploma specialising in family enterprise advising, and regularly attends and speaks at events on private wealth, international taxation, European standards, succession and the structuring of family offices, amongst others.

Emma also has expertise in the distributed ledger technology (DLT) sector, assisting the growing industry with their DLT applications in Gibraltar, as well as ensuring regulatory compliance.

Emma said:

Citywealth is such a respected publication and to be nominated with other, world-class peers is fantastic – I would like to congratulate them on their nominations too.”

Senior partner of ISOLAS LLP, Peter Isola, said:
