IMA reappoint Marcus Killick for a second term

ISOLAS CEO, Marcus Killick OBE, has been reappointed to the board of the Independent Monitoring Authority for the Citizens’ Rights Agreements (IMA) for a second term. The IMA is an independent body that monitors the UK’s implementation and application of the citizens’ rights parts of the Withdrawal Agreement and the EEA EFTA Separation Agreement. It ensures that citizens are able to enjoy these rights and holds public authorities to account for any breaches.

He is currently Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the law firm ISOLAS LLP.

Qualified as an English Barrister and New York Attorney, Marcus served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission (Gibraltar’s financial services regulator) from 2003 until 2014.

During his time at the Commission, he was also Chair of the Group of International Insurance Centre Supervisors as well as Chair of both the Gibraltar Investors Compensation Scheme Board and the Gibraltar Deposit Guarantee Board.

In 2014, he was awarded an OBE for services to regulation; particularly in Gibraltar. Marcus Killick has not declared any political activity.
