Nick joined ISOLAS LLP in September 2017 having previously worked with Deloitte in London in their tax team before returning to Gibraltar. He became an Associate in 2019 and was promoted to Senior Associate in 2022. Nick initially worked with our Distributed Ledger Technology (“DLT”)/Fintech and Financial Services team, advising on several major projects involving the use of DLT to raise finance for early-stage startups, as well as the applicability of the DLT framework that was introduced in Gibraltar for those arrangements.
Nick now works closely alongside Mark Isola KC, and has developed a strong practice and specialism in employment, property and civil litigation. He is highly regarded and respected by Partners and associates alike.
