ISOLAS is delighted to announce that Marisa Grech has today been appointed Mediator of the Employment Tribunal by Legal Notice published in the Gazette.
Marisa is a qualified Certified Accredited Mediator and continues to build on her expertise and experience in this field. She is also a fully qualified interpersonal mediator having most recently obtained her practitioner’s certificate as a Certified Interpersonal Mediator and participated in the AIM awards’ interpersonal mediation practitioner course in 2014.
In addition to her work in this area, Marisa is a key part of ISOLAS corporate finance division, specialising in the field of admiralty and shipping. She has worked in large multi-jurisdictional transactions for top banking institutions and has also been instrumental in numerous successful ship arrests acting for both Claimants and Defendants. Marisa heads ISOLAS ship registration team, acting regularly for both buyers and lenders, an area which is experiencing some growth in the market.
