Jake Collado

Jake is an associate within the Financial Services team at ISOLAS LLP and advises on corporate transactions, investment funds and regulatory matters.

Jake has advised several of the world’s largest digital asset platforms on their successful licensing applications as well as on various on-going regulatory requirements, including launching complex digital asset products.

Jake is also involved in advising on private equity and hedge fund matters, including the formation and restructuring of vanilla and exotic investment funds as well as investment managers.
